All these Kwik Trips pretty much look alike, this one has good service and clean facilities. Otherwise it's your standard Kwik Trip fare.
Worst place to go for gas. This is the 3rd time they have prepaid my gas in the wrong pump. Even with a manager standing right there my husband was not apologized to. I told them to give us our money back and they started laughing. Yes I was extremely upset after that and used a few profane words. I used to go there every morning before work starting from March 14 2015 until October 18 2015. I unfortunately stopped in there today at around 8:30 pm and it was absolutely humiliating. Check the cameras they litterally laughed hysterically, as if requesting for my money back is hilarious. Will never stop back in there again. This place is absolutely the worst!!! I'd rather drive all the way to Fort Atkinson on fumes before they ever get another cent from me! Also it does not end here. I promise this is only the beginning, especially after that laughing in a group of 5 employees. I believe her name is linda??? (the manager) either way she also works at the Watertown hospital in emergency department, she was laughing with the "crew."
