The ladies at the service area are very professional and efficient, with great senses of humor about the "big Larry". Sort of an inside joke. Troy was excellent at diagnosing the problem with the car. I believe he was thorough and correct in his diagnosis and look forward to the repair being made. I cannot rate the price as of yet since we had to order the part, but if I know this company it will be a reasonable price. Thank you also to Steve for covering the diagnostic fee on my car purchase. Will certainly recommend Holz to anyone. This is my 2nd car purchase from them and I have always been treated well. Thanks to everyone.
