I do really like this place and it's a block from my home. It's very convenient for me. The only thing holding me back from returning is that water temperature. Please make any adjustments you can. I would like to be a regular using this service. Thank you!
It's a car wash. Usually don't have issues here. Big issue yesterday. The entire car wash stopped while I was getting a wash. Paid for treatments I did not receive.
I went here for the Dog Wash. My first complaint is the water temperature. It's way too hot for a dog and it's a bummer that you can't adjust it. Dog's skin are very sensitive and a bath should be in lukewarm water. This was so hot, I felt like I was torturing my dog. :-(. Secondly, you are asked to disinfect the tub after you're done. Understandable. But you have to do so with your own money. I think it would be a good idea to be allotted an additional 30 seconds to do this or maybe have a spray bottle with disinfectant in there.
They did a great job,and the hot wax lasted through more than 2 rainfalls,but it mangled my back license plate.
Things I liked: The Dryer. Perfect pressure. I also like the fact that you have different options on what to use on your pet. Shampoo, conditioner, flea and tick stuff, ect. They also have a frequency card. After you fill up the card you get a free $5 towards washing your pet. The gentleman working seeked me out, to give me one of these cards. I didn't ask for one. That was nice.
The car wash cycle didn't start when I was in neutral and my car moving. The operator kept yelling at me (from the entrance) "come back around", but when I put my foot on the break to change from neutral to drive, to get out of the wash and "come back around" he yelled at me "get your foot off the brake". He can't have it both ways, I need to brake to change gears! This operator had a cane and seem to have lots of problems with his equipment, but I've been in there several other times with a young operator who had no problem at all.
