Unbelievable aweful!!!!
Never rent from here, completely horrible experience. I rented my items paid for them in full the day of rental including 35 dollar delivery charge and an additional 35 dollar pick up charge. The delivery guy showed up completely unprofessional dressed and asked where I wanted the items. I asked if he could bring them in my house and down the stairs be a use it was snowing. I was never told there would be yet an additional charge of 30 dollars to bring the tables downstairs. The office lady Kathy is a completely dishonest untrustworthy liar! Part of my order was canceled 2 days before delivery and that portion was to be deposited back into my account on return of the tables. 1 week after total purchase and return of the items she contunie to refuse my refund. She is a joke and I will be contact the BBB on this issue. PLEASE find somewhere else to rent complete rip off!!!!!
Excellent customer service. Very reliable. Set up very smooth. We have used them for our first two graduation parties and just booked the 3rd for 2017. Would recommend them to anyone!
Recently rented tables,chairs,lights,dance floor and other items for my wedding. Everything went exactly as it should have. The prices were fair, the communication with them was great infact every time I called I actually talked to the owner. They delivered and picked up when the promised. All the products were just as advertised. We actually canceled our tent rental because we found out a friend had one we could use and it was no issue at all. Canceled it a couple months before the wedding. We rented a few more items right before the wedding and after everthing was returned I went there for my refund and there was no issue with that either. Great local company to work with and I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
***BEWARE!!!!!*** PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE USING THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We booked General Party Rental for our wedding that was held in our backyard this June. Initially, the communication was decent with Kathy answering emails, and then the communication just stopped. The cost of a lot of the items are different on the website than when the invoice comes, and instead of working it out with you, they will just "ignore" your calls and emails. We rented banquet tables, round tables, a dance floor, trailer restrooms and chairs. After the wedding, we stacked the chairs up and had everything ready to go for them to pick up. The contract stated that they would come pick up the items on Monday, but they didn't come until Tuesday. Not a big deal. However, it was weeks after pickup that my husband started getting calls that we had "severely" damaged some of the chairs beyond repair and that they were "filthy" and "absolutely disgusting". First lie. We were there when they were getting stacked. Our yard is grass. No possible way to even remotely damage chairs like that. We called and contested and asked for pictures which were finally sent after multiple times asking, and they were absolutely ridiculous. It's like a stack of chairs fell off the truck as they were driving on the interstate and run over by a few semi's. Are you kidding me? Are they covering for their employees for damage they did and then just blaming someone else for it? Weeks after that, a charge appeared on the credit card with no explanation, no invoice, no contact whatsoever. Another call to them to rectify the situation and they still claim the damage was done by us when it's impossible. The credit card charge is being contested, BBB contacted, reviews left everywhere possible, and I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. DO NOT USE GENERAL RENTAL.
