They did a great job installing carpeting within 2 weeks and had no issues
The service at Keck Was good but one glaring problem. We bought our mattress 4 years ago and it was quite expensive and on the higher end for us. It is already a complete wreck and has been for about a year we just don't have the money to replace it. It's such a wreck it's actually a pillowtop and we were forced to turn it over and put a pad on the other side and now that side is going to hell. Won't go again, sorry.
High end furniture, with high end price tags. If you can afford it, they have nice items.
My husband and I worked with Tom to pick out our first bedroom set as a married couple. Our set was delivered this week and it is beautiful! We could not be more pleased with the level of customer service we received! Tom's answer to every request was; "Sure! We could do that." Not to mention his wealth of knowledge about the products he sells is beyond compare. What a refreshing change it was shopping at Keck Furniture compared to the chain furniture stores! They offer high quality furniture and even deliver to Wauwatosa. I would recommend the place to anyone. I know we'll be back!
