They never have enough checkout lanes open and their self service lanes are the worst in the business. I avoid this store whenever possible.
Since the store has been taken over by Kroger's there has been some noticeable changes. Staff seem to be not as friendly and some new hires definitely need public relation skills training especially in the deli and meat department. The produce isn't as nice with bulk choices as before. The meat department has improved with a nicer looking case and also sale prices on meat. The floral department lady, with the beautiful long hair, is so kind and goes the extra step to make sure my arrangements are always special and thoroughly answers my non-green thumb questions. Parking is probably the biggest cluster. Whomever designed this catastrophe needs to come back and fix the mess.
If anyone ever says thank you after i give them my money, I'll probably die of a heart attack. Pathetic.
All kids working and more interested in flirting with each other instead of efficiently taking care if customers.
I do the bulk of my grocery shopping here and I LOVE it. The staff are always incredibly friendly and eager to assist if needed. There’s an enormous selection of fresh produce, meats, bakery items, etc. I am specifically very happy with the availability of natural and organic alternatives. While some people would consider PickNSave on the pricey side, you’re really getting what you pay for in quality of product, customer service, and more.
