Do not let them touch your car. Beyond lazy and about as intelligent as a Neanderthal. Mounting 4 tires to rims in one day was too much to ask for. Especially when you walk in and one guys sitting on his butt and there were 4 out of the 6 lifts empty. Super, super busy!
Called Janesville yesterday said that they had three batteries for my car. Drove there None in stock. They found battery for me a O'REILLY Was charged for it at F&F. Picked up at closing got home found it to rebuild battery with no warranty. Called the next day had three in stock again never fixed inventory. Took 30 minutes for them to figure out and call Watertown to actually check to shelf.

Found exactly what I needed at a wonderful price. Was able to get help when I needed it, and left to browse the rest of the time. No line when I went to the registers, so my trip was quick and easy.
Drove over an hour here because they had such a good price on a kayak. They gave me an additional discount because one small (fixable) part of the kayak handle was broken and it was the last of that model in stock. Totally worth the drive. Would like one of these in my area someday.
Verified drove there battery. No customer service what so ever. Took 20 minutes to get receipt for battery plus core. Got battery after driving 25 miles one way to Janesville than to Watertown 32 miles each way. Now have to drive back to Janesville again 25 miles one wat to take back a not knowing rebuilt battery from O'Reilly that F&F got for me and charged me for. No warranty was given by O'Reilly. Glade I saved $30 to not buy in town to drive that much over 100 miles these stores are becoming a joke. Keep hiring teenage kids and you will end up out of business. This place has become a joke!!!!!!!! I am so sad. You have lost my business!! :(
