I rented one of the Woodfield Apartments for over a year with one of my friends, and we had a great experience with the management. Whenever something needed to be fixed, they were prompt about getting it done. They were also great about tracking us down to get our security deposit back to us, even though we had both gotten married, changed our names, and moved away. Everyone at the main office was great to work with.
As always, take reviews with a grain of salt, and, more importantly, consider the source! The bottom line is that we take great pride in our properties and do our best to maintain a high standard of living for all of our residents. We've rented to thousands of people over the past 22 years and have a track record of honesty and integrity! We won't let anyone get in the way of these standards regardless of their online postings!
Rented an apartment in Oconomowoc for 2+ years and had no issues. They were prompt in fixing things at my apartment (even on a holiday weekend). Also allowed me to switch to month to month as I was looking to purchase.
They have no clue about there properties. They make up bogus charges and are never available to take calls. Don't walk RUN away from them. They will scam you out of your money. They expect you to basically do there job for them as well in regards to showings. They need there license taken away. They have been reported as well
Worst experience I have ever had renting a place , lived at pope street lake mills and the building was infested with drug use. My children couldn't even go outside to play because I didn't want them to see the drug use and drunkenness. Johnson amd hellekson told me that they wouldn't do anything about it . They also violated the terms of my lease at will when it suited their needs.
